For incarcerated artists, submissions must include inmate number, along with address, and an optional bio.

 

Art Work WILL NOT BE RETURNED. However, it will be compiled in our art database.

 

Artwork does not have to be colored in. We can and will add color to our online prints, at our discretion. However, originals will be protected and stored for safekeeping and future use in our projects. For example we may compile the artwork into a book.

 

Winners will be contacted with information regarding prize delivery and usage forms.
